2. After the registration forms are submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If you indicated you will pay by check or purchase order, an invoice will be sent with the confirmation email.
- If you indicated you will pay by PayPal/credit card, you will be forwarded to PayPal for payment. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.)

This annual workshop is open to human resources staff, worksite wellness coordinators, worksite wellness committee members or others interested in the health of their co-workers. Learn how you can jump start or improve your worksite wellness initiatives. Join us for the 2019 workshop:
